Published listings describe the specific model and options shown. A concept image is not a sale listing. Confirm dimensions, fitment and any model-specific certification before ordering. Stock is checked again before acceptance.

Price and confirmation

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. The checkout displays the product total and applicable delivery charge. An order request becomes accepted only after our team confirms availability and the details. If a price or listing error affects an order, we will explain it before dispatch and offer cancellation.

Payment and delivery

Use only the payment methods and recipient details actually displayed at checkout. We do not ask for your wallet PIN or one-time password. Courier charges and expected timing are confirmed for the order; a pre-order requires separately stated timing and conditions.

Support and warranty
