Picking a Liqui Moly oil for your bike
Liqui Moly’s listings distinguish Synth Street Race, non-Synth Street Race and mineral Street oils. Similar names and packaging do not establish the same formulation. Compare the complete product name, grade and API/JASO information before choosing a pack.
- Range 1 · Mineralfrom৳760
Liqui Moly Motorbike 4T Street
This mineral 20W-50 oil is separate from Liqui Moly’s two 10W-40 products. JASO MA2 is listed, but this catalogue does not assert an unverified API rating. If your manual requires a specific API category, confirm it on the supplied product before purchase.
Rated: JASO MA2 / Base: Mineral
- Range 2from৳1,050
Liqui Moly Motorbike 4T Street Race
This is the non-Synth 10W-40 product made with synthetic technology. It should not be confused with the fully synthetic Synth Street Race. Local pack naming may differ from the manufacturer’s market-specific Street listing; ask for label confirmation if the name differs.
Rated: API SP, JASO MA2 / Base: Synthetic technology
- Range 3 · Fully syntheticfrom৳1,570
Liqui Moly Motorbike 4T Synth Street Race
Synth in the complete name identifies this fully synthetic 10W-40 product. The non-Synth Street Race listing is separate. Compare the complete label name and specifications rather than relying on similar packaging or the matching grade.
Rated: API SP, JASO MA2 / Base: Fully synthetic
Which grade do you need?
Open your bike’s manual and buy the grade it names. The number before the W (10W, 20W) tells you how freely the oil moves on a cold start; the number after the dash (30, 40, 50) tells you how thick it stays once the engine is hot.
- 10W-40
- Hot rating SAE 40, cold rating 10W. The same numbers on two bottles don’t make them interchangeable: a motorcycle oil and a scooter oil can share this grade.
- 20W-50
- Hot rating SAE 50, the thickest here. If your manual says a 30 or 40 oil, summer heat or a high odometer reading isn’t a reason to move up to 50.
