A few answers before you decide
What should I check before selecting a different model?
Match the model, measurements, pack contents and application to your need. If installation is involved, check the mounting and electrical requirements first.
Can I order a product that shows no stock?
Use the stock-request option or contact our team. A catalogue entry and its displayed price do not reserve an item or confirm a delivery date. We will confirm availability before accepting an order.
Where can I check exchange and refund conditions?
Read the linked policy before ordering, particularly for sizes, opened seals and installed parts. If the supplied item is wrong or faulty, tell us the order reference and what happened so we can review the right remedy.
